  7. This module is designed for fast and easy data input while also providing
  8. complete, up-to-date information which is essential for the accounts payable
  9. management of a growing practice. Flexibility is achieved through the use of
  10. many user-defined files such as payees, chart of accounts (expense categories),
  11. bank accounts, and more. This system allows you to track all outstanding bills
  12. and maintain control of your cash flow through the production of detailed
  13. payment schedules and reports. During invoice entry, payee and expense account
  14. files can be viewed, queried, or expanded via pop-down windows. Manually
  15. written checks are also accommodated. Best of all, when entering the total
  16. amount for a check, you can specify several different expense categories with
  17. their subtotal amounts. All entries are initially stored in a temporary file so
  18. they can be edited or corrected prior to posting. Automatic check printing, as
  19. well as detailed/summary report generation, is included in this user-friendly
  20. program.
